Our Training Solutions
are Ideal for the training and monitoring of Staff. The Solutions comes
complete with 2 x TruVoice Premium Single or Double Ear Noise Canceling
Headsets along with a Training/Supervisor Y cable, the solution also
includes either a Smart Cord (allowing connectivity to 99% of all RJ9
Telephones) or a USB Connection cable to provide training via a laptop/desktop
softphone.
Not Only can you listen in
on the training call, but the Y Cord allows the Supervisor to jump into the
conversation as an when needed, or to stay muted if not.

Just Connect the Cable to your Y Training cable via the QD Connection, Click the slider switch from one position to the next until a dial tone is heard. Its that Simple

The TruVoice USB Adapter Cable is Specifically designed for UC Platforms & Softphone Solutions, such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Team, Zoom, Cisco Jabba, Avaya One X and many more Office Communicator systems. The Cable is a Plug and Play device as does not require any Software installation to connect with your laptop/PC and compatible Mac/Windows Devices
