Our Training Solutions are Ideal for the training and monitoring of Staff. The Solutions comes complete with 2 x TruVoice Premium Single or Double Ear Noise Canceling Headsets along with a Training/Supervisor Y cable, the solution also includes a Smart Cord (allowing connectivity to 99% of all RJ9 Telephones)
Not Only can you listen in on the training call, but the Y Cord allows the Supervisor to jump into the conversation as an when needed, or to stay muted if not.

Our Smart Cord Features Eight Separate Wiring Schemes to allow you to connect to 99% of any telephones with an RJ9 connection– Including three with in-built microphone amplification. The Amplification enables perfect operation with telephones that require extra signal gain such as Cisco, Panasonic, Nortel and Some Avaya models, Plus many more IP Phones.
Just Connect the Cable to your Y Training cable via the QD Connection, Click the slider switch from one position to the next until a dial tone is heard. Its that Simple
